2. Preliminary Planning Stage

Upon agreement, a preliminary contract is meticulously prepared and signed. The initial non-refundable deposit is paid based on your project's scope. To lay the groundwork, we conduct essential tests, surveys, and inspections. Conceptual drawings, including optional 3D still images or videos, are crafted to bring your vision to life.

3. Pre-Contract and Selections Stage

MKPD presents your new home Tender at our office, outlining every detail for your consideration. The Tender is signed, and the second part of the preliminary deposit is made. Our interior designer guides you through the selection of colors, fittings, and fixtures during personalized appointments at our supplier's showrooms. Detailed contract drawings are meticulously completed.

4. Contract Finalization Stage

Your contract documents, encompassing drawings, specifications, engineering details, and the HIA QC1 Construction Contract, are meticulously prepared. The contract is signed, accompanied by the required balance of the deposit.

5. Approvals Stage

MKPD handles the submission of your drawings to the building certifier and relevant council for standard building and plumbing approvals.

6. Construction Commencement Stage

Construction typically begins within 15 days after obtaining building, plumbing, and finance approvals. We encourage your active involvement by offering regular on-site meetings with our building supervisor, fostering an open dialogue for any questions or concerns.

7. Completion and Handover Stage

Prioritizing the final touches, MKPD ensures your new home is professionally cleaned inside and out. The site is cleared of all builders' debris. We walk through your new home together, presenting you with the keys and a comprehensive handover folder containing all certificates and manuals.
